iST Expands Management Team

Jerry King Named President and Chief Operation Officer

Orono ME, April 4, 2006 - Intelligent Spatial Technologies, LLC (iST) a technology leader in Location-based Services for mobile users, announces the addition of Jerry King to its management team as president and chief operating officer.  Mr. King will supervise the company's sales, marketing and business operations, as well direct efforts to raise capital to meet accelerating marketing and product engineering efforts fueled by market demand.

Mr. King has over 25 years of experience in entrepreneurial sales, marketing, software development and executive management.  Most recently with Progress Software Company (Nasdaq: PRGS), Mr. King was vice president and general manager of XML products for Progress' DataDirect technologies division.  Prior to this, Mr. King held a senior VP of channels position with eXcelon Corporation (Nasdaq: EXLN, formerly Object Design, Nasdaq: ODIS), which was acquired by Progress Software Company in October of 2002.

Mr. King served in senior operating executive roles and as a board director with C-bridge Internet Systems, a start-up Internet systems integrator providing B2B solutions to Global 1000 customers, from 1997 thru 2001.  He helped grow C-bridge to over 400 staff and over $80 million in revenue in less than three years.  As a C-bridge board director, Mr. King was also actively involved in taking the company public in December of 1999 (NAS: CBIS).  C-bridge was acquired by eXcelon Corporation 2001, and Mr. King was part of the joint executive team that successfully merged C-bridge and eXcelon.

Mr. King earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and German studies from Tufts University, and a Master of Science degree in computer information systems from Bentley College.
