Albuquerque, New Mexico - February 20th and 21st - Intelligent Spatial Technologies, Inc. (iST), a technology leader in Location-based Mobile Advertising, will speak on a panel during a section titled "Handsets: Upgrading The Mobile Experience" during the Mobile Local Search '08 Forum. This panel will adress the following questions: What impact do newer handsets have on both the user experience and user acceptance of Mobile Local Search? What can we expect over the next critical 24 months?

For some time now, the industry at large has studied the promise of mobile local search with guarded optimism. To date, the pace has been slow. This is about to dramatically change. 2008 will prove to be a milestone year as mobile local search comes into its own. Mobile carriers, handset manufacturers, search engines, online directories, content providers, ad agencies, retailers, and the consumers themselves - the pieces have been all there, but the eco-system until now has been nothing more than a fragmented jigsaw with disparate pieces not quite fitting together.  Now, the pieces are starting to fall into place.

On February 20 and 21, at the scenic Albuquerque Marriott, overlooking the Sandia Mountains,  in Albuquerque, New Mexico, The PELORUS Group will convene "Mobile Local Search '08", its first conference wholly dedicated to the mobile local search phenomenon. We believe our industry is on the verge of a major paradigm shift, and these two days will be dedicated to exploring how, where, and by what timetable mobile local search will develop.
